Here’s a few fun pictures from the Reviewer’s Choice Awards ceremony. First is the picture of me making my speech.

Isn’t it pretty? They scanned it three times through airport security. Suspicious looking thing!

After the show, I got my picture taken with Publisher’s Weekly blogger Barbara Vey. She got the Fairy Godmother award. She certainly deserves it. She was my very first interview back when I wasn’t even published.

I also had a little fangirl moment before she show. My mom loves Joanne Fluke, so I went to visit her before it began. Notice fellow Desire author Sarah M. Anderson photobombing us from the next row back. 🙂

I just found out What Lies Beneath is a double finalist in the National Readers’ Choice Awards – best first book and best contemporary series for 2012. The winners will be announced at the RWA Conference in Atlanta this July.

I just received word that What Lies Beneath won the Romantic Times Reviewers’ Choice Award for Best “First Series Romance.” I’ll receive the award at the RT Convention in Kansas City next month. I’ll also be interviewing with Morgan Doremus from RT, so watch for the video this June.
